“One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things”
My coaching programs are designed for individuals in any role, occupation, or professional career who want to improve their professional life.
Suppose you wish to become a self-aware and authentic leader, able to build and share your vision and values with others. If you are bold enough to follow your passions, redesign your career, or face a career transition. If you want to inspire others, build trusted relationships, and deeply connect with people. Suppose you want to develop self-confidence and overcome inner saboteurs and emotional roadblocks.
Then my one-on-one coaching program is the right fit for you.
One-on-one coaching is the primary form of professional coaching, developed to help individuals set goals and work toward achievement. Wherever you are in your personal or professional journey, I will be by your side until you reach your next destination. One-on-One coaching sessions can be held online or in person. We will agree on the frequency and duration that best meets your needs.
“A team is not a group of people that work together.
A team is a group of people that trust each other” (S. Sinek)
My team coaching programs intend to support organizations and business leaders experiencing teams’ poor performance and lack of commitment and accountability.
Your team can develop and leverage resilience in challenging times by expanding cohesion and collaboration in the group. They can operate efficiently by learning to manage conflict and rebuild trust as part of their daily routine. You can create an inclusive and sustainable work environment by changing the team’s communication and interaction practices.
You set the goals, and I work with your team to achieve them.
My Team Coaching programs are designed to improve team performance by changing how team members communicate and collaborate with their stakeholders (e.g., other teams, business partners, clients, etc.).
I work with the team members to generate the necessary behavioral changes and ensure their commitment along the process. My interventions usually include field observation, by which I observe the team behaviors in their routine, and a combination of individual and team coaching sessions.
“Management is about persuading people to do things they don’t want to do, while leadership is inspiring people to do things, they never thought they could” (S. Jobs)
I recommend leadership assessments to anyone responsible for guiding and being a role model for others within the organization, regardless of the title or organizational role.
Whether newly promoted to a management position or accomplished leader, the assessment tools can provide accurate and internationally validated insight into your leadership capabilities. They can help you figure out how you would fit into a particular role in an organization, discover your talents, or look closely at your effectiveness as a leader.
Although several approaches and methodologies for leadership assessment, we believe emotional intelligence is key to outstanding leadership.
To me, “leaders” are those who can blend thinking and feeling to make optimal decisions and be self-aware, intentional, and purposeful in various domains.
I provide the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence (SEI®) Leadership self-assessment and 360 (multi-variant) Assessments via a dedicated web platform.
Once you complete the assessment, I will walk you through the results and help you set up a sustainable action plan in a debriefing session.
You can embed the leadership assessments in your organization’s performance review processes or include them in your one-on-one and team coaching programs.
“I am still learning” (Michelangelo at age 87)
Communication is the backbone of any business and social interaction. Even more business companies, professional associations, and higher education organizations seek assistance in developing first-class learning experiences to improve their members’ experiences and competencies.
Through my learning programs, members of your organization can learn effective communication techniques to leverage in various personal or professional interactions.
I believe we can improve the quality of our relationships and, in general, of our life by changing how we communicate with ourselves and others. I am proud of designing learning programs that are effectively tailored and targeted.
Tailored: I design each intervention based on the client’s needs. Whether your organization wants to increase emotional intelligence, develop communication skills – such as negotiation, delegation, and conflict management – or build trusted relationships, my focus is on your learning objectives and the learners’ experience.
Targeted: I familiarize myself with the audience before meeting them in the class. I intentionally work with small groups (up to 25 people) to generate value from their peculiarities as a group and as individuals. I do my best to offer them the experience of networking with others and strengthening relationships beyond the learning process.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Coaching?
ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Therefore, the coaching process is:
- Short term
- Formal and structured
- Specific and measurable
- Performance driven
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is a client-driven process focused on setting goals, creating outcomes, and managing personal change. It aims to help individuals move from a current state to a future state that is more desirable and in line with their purpose and values.
Therapy deals with healing pain, dysfunction, and conflict within an individual or relationship. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past that hamper an individual’s emotional functioning in the present, improving overall psychological functioning, and dealing with the present in more emotionally healthy ways.
What is the difference between a coach and a mentor?
A professional coach is trained to generate new perspectives to help individuals find their solutions rather than offer advice or opinions.
A mentor is an expert in a specific field or matter who provides wisdom and guidance based on their own experience.
Do you offer a specific type of coaching?
I specialize in executive and leadership coaching. However, my approach and methodologies focus on changing how individuals communicate with themselves and others. Therefore, they apply to any communication issue or relationship, regardless of the context (i.e., personal or professional life).
How do I know if the coaching program has been successful?
In the initial sessions, we discuss your goals and agree on what you want to achieve by the end of the program.
We check the status of your goals and achievements and discuss your progress regularly, so you can evaluate if and how the coaching process has been helpful for you.
What if I want to change my goals?
You can always decide to have a session on a topic that is not strictly related to the program goals or to change the goals along the way, as long as we discuss it beforehand.
What if I don’t have goals or dreams to realize?
Coaching helps people get clarity on who they are and what they want out of their lives and careers. It may sound paradoxical, but “defining your goals” can be the scope of a coaching program if you are willing to build your vision and explore your purpose.
May I book a single coaching session?
Coaching is a process since it aims to generate new awareness, attitudes, and behaviors; therefore, I recommend clients to work with me for at least three months (individuals) and six months (teams).
However, suppose you need help dealing with a particular business situation (a speaking engagement, negotiation meeting, job interview, or a difficult conversation with someone). In that case, you can book a single laser-focus session.
What is a laser-focus session?
It is a one-on-one 60 minutes session to enhance your communication techniques in preparation for a specific business meeting or event (e.g., a speaking engagement, negotiation meeting, job interview, etc.). You can book the laser-focus session only if you already know WHAT you want to achieve and need to work on HOW to achieve it. The single laser-focus session must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and is not refundable if canceled within 48 hours. To book this session, I kindly ask you to submit a form providing information about the scope of the session. I reserve the right to cancel the session and process a refund if I think the goals or challenges could not be adequately covered in a single session.
Can your assessments be included in our employees’ performance appraisal?
Yes, the 360 emotional intelligence assessment is a tool to gather feedback from an employee's subordinates, colleagues, and manager(s) and self-evaluation by the employee themselves. It focuses on the employee’s emotional intelligence and leadership competencies, and it can cover performance appraisal for soft skills.
What is the cost of your program?
I design coaching and training programs based on the specific clients’ needs and requirements. Therefore, the fees may vary based on client profile, program duration, topics to cover, etc. The quotation is free of charge, so please schedule a Discovery Call if you want to learn more.
Do you offer pro-bono services or special fees for not-for-profit organizations?
Yes, I do. Please set up a Discovery Call to discuss.
