My coaching programs are designed for individuals in any role, occupation, or professional career who want to improve their professional life.

One-on-one coaching is the primary form of professional coaching, developed to help individuals set goals and work toward achievement. Wherever you are in your personal or professional journey, I will be by your side until you reach your next destination. One-on-One coaching sessions can be held online or in person. We will agree on the frequency and duration that best meets your needs.

My team coaching programs intend to support organizations and business leaders experiencing teams’ poor performance and lack of commitment and accountability.
Your team can develop and leverage resilience in challenging times by expanding cohesion and collaboration in the group. They can operate efficiently by learning to manage conflict and rebuild trust as part of their daily routine. You can create an inclusive and sustainable work environment by changing the team’s communication and interaction practices.
You set the goals, and I work with your team to achieve them.
My Team Coaching programs are designed to improve team performance by changing how team members communicate and collaborate with their stakeholders (e.g., other teams, business partners, clients, etc.).
I work with the team members to generate the necessary behavioral changes and ensure their commitment along the process. My interventions usually include field observation, by which I observe the team behaviors in their routine, and a combination of individual and team coaching sessions.

I recommend leadership assessments to anyone responsible for guiding and being a role model for others within the organization, regardless of the title or organizational role.
Whether newly promoted to a management position or accomplished leader, the assessment tools can provide accurate and internationally validated insight into your leadership capabilities. They can help you figure out how you would fit into a particular role in an organization, discover your talents, or look closely at your effectiveness as a leader.
Although several approaches and methodologies for leadership assessment, we believe emotional intelligence is key to outstanding leadership.
To me, “leaders” are those who can blend thinking and feeling to make optimal decisions and be self-aware, intentional, and purposeful in various domains.
I provide the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence (SEI®) Leadership self-assessment and 360 (multi-variant) Assessments via a dedicated web platform.
Once you complete the assessment, I will walk you through the results and help you set up a sustainable action plan in a debriefing session.
You can embed the leadership assessments in your organization’s performance review processes or include them in your one-on-one and team coaching programs.

Through my learning programs, members of your organization can learn effective communication techniques to leverage in various personal or professional interactions.
I believe we can improve the quality of our relationships and, in general, of our life by changing how we communicate with ourselves and others. I am proud of designing learning programs that are effectively tailored and targeted.
Tailored: I design each intervention based on the client’s needs. Whether your organization wants to increase emotional intelligence, develop communication skills – such as negotiation, delegation, and conflict management – or build trusted relationships, my focus is on your learning objectives and the learners’ experience.
Targeted: I familiarize myself with the audience before meeting them in the class. I intentionally work with small groups (up to 25 people) to generate value from their peculiarities as a group and as individuals. I do my best to offer them the experience of networking with others and strengthening relationships beyond the learning process.
